Phylika: loving, delightful, amiable, and well-disposed.
A fragment of a black-glaze ceramic cup found on the acropolis of Populonia preserves a graffito bearing the name of a slave of Greek origin.

Phylika placed flowers, fruit, and fragrances in the small cup to offer to the goddess to whom she was devoted. Her name refers to Venus and to the sacred devotion practiced by enslaved women in some Aphroditic sanctuaries of the Mediterranean.

Poggio Rosso dedicated its most caressing wine to this figure: at once young and fresh, a white wine rich in seductive aromas, with a brilliant color and an intriguing, enjoyable taste.
