The rosé, predictably named, is anything but a predictable wine.

Created using an unusual winemaking technique, it evokes spring, redcurrants, and spicy notes.

Merlot, Syrah 

Aging:
5 months in stainless steel, 1 month in the bottle 

Recommended pairings:
Aperitif, shellfish, spicy dishes, white meats, pizza

Tasting notes:
A well-structured, very lively wine with velvety tannins and pronounced spicy pepper notes, along with floral hints of violet. Redcurrant is a pleasant presence.

Serve at a temperature of 14°C.
