Born from a simple idea. Working in the cellar excluding the most modern winemaking techniques, interpreting the grapes and each vintage in the best possible way to obtain a wine with a great identity, capable of telling the character of this territory.
Senza Nome is the continuous search for a path aimed at achieving the best quality, the balance between volume and elegance, the result of the perfect symbiosis between nature and man.
Fruit of skin maceration in amphora and oak tonneau of selected Vermentino and Viognier grapes. Aged in amphora for 6 months.
In some respects an intriguing wine, with hints of hay, broom and light balsamic notes reminiscent of warm helichrysum. A clear, saline minerality, with great final dryness and notable persistence. A journey to the cliffs of our coast.

The wine has hints of Mediterranean scrub, among which mint, sage and rosemary stand out. The bouquet, seasoned with a drop of local fruit, is fine and complex. Lively, long and fat on the palate, it closes with exceptional softness, resulting in a very clean wine.
