Finally Poggio Rosso is tinged with pink, offering a wine with orange-pink shades with coppery reflections that recall autumn sunsets.

The rosé, with its obvious name, is anything but a predictable wine.

Created with an unusual winemaking technique, it smells of spring, currants and spicy notes.

5 months in steel, 1 month in bottle

Aperitif, shellfish, spicy dishes, white meats, pizza

Tasting notes:

Wine with a good structure, very lively, with velvety tannins and strong spicy notes of pepper with floral hints of violet. The currant is a pleasant presence.
